Platform operator and data controller

Wonek UGC Platform is operated by WiseEating LLC, a company based in the United States. In these policies, Wonek, we, us, and our mean WiseEating LLC. WiseEating LLC is responsible for the personal data processed through Wonek UGC Platform. Contact office@arte-soft.com for account, privacy, deletion, and policy questions.

Information collected

Wonek may collect account identity, role and login metadata, creator profiles, partner organizations, campaign and proposal records, uploads, public post URLs and metrics, payments and payouts, notifications, audit records, fraud-review data, click analytics, and support communications.

TikTok data and purposes

TikTok sign-in requests user.info.basic and may provide an open ID, avatar, and display name so Wonek can create or locate the user's account. A creator who separately connects TikTok may authorize user.info.profile, user.info.stats, and video.list. Wonek uses authorized data for account access, creator profile verification, campaign matching, public-post ownership checks, metric refresh, eligible-view and payout review, fraud prevention, disputes, and platform integrity. Wonek does not use these permissions to post content to TikTok.

Instagram / Meta data and deletion

If you connect an Instagram Creator or Business account, Wonek requests instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_insights. Authorized account identity, username, profile details, follower and media counts, owned Reel identifiers and URLs, and available organic views, likes, comments, and shares support account access, creator verification, campaign matching, ownership checks, metric refresh, fraud prevention, and payout review. Access tokens are encrypted and stored only on the server. Wonek does not request direct messages, contacts, or permission to publish, and does not sell Instagram data or tokens. Limited profile and performance data may be visible to relevant marketplace participants and administrators under the same controls described below.

Disconnect Instagram from your Wonek creator profile to remove stored access credentials and stop API access, or revoke Wonek under Instagram Settings → Apps and websites. To request deletion of Instagram-derived profile data, email office@arte-soft.com with your Wonek account and connected username. After verifying the request, Wonek deletes or anonymizes data no longer needed, normally within 30 days, while retaining records required for campaign, payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Instagram processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Tokens, sharing, and security

TikTok authorization codes are processed transiently. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored server-side. Wonek does not sell TikTok user data, tokens, or raw API responses. Limited profile and performance information may be visible to Wonek administrators and relevant marketplace participants. Operational providers may process limited data for hosting, security, logging, analytics, support, payments, email, and infrastructure under appropriate controls.

Retention and user controls

Wonek retains data while needed to provide the service and meet security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, dispute, legal, and platform-integrity obligations. Creators can disconnect TikTok where available, and users may revoke Wonek in TikTok account permissions. Verified requests for access, correction, export, or deletion remove or anonymize active data Wonek is not required to retain, normally within 30 days after verification and required account, payout, billing, security, or legal checks.
